When you're stuck

Help & support.

Quick answers for the situations teachers actually run into.

Forgotten password?

Contact the Trust admin to reset. Each school has one shared teacher password, distributed by the Trust at the start of the year.

Reading looks wrong?

Take it again. Probes occasionally need a wiggle. Rinse with distilled water, dip, wait the full 20 seconds. If still odd, the pH meter may need recalibrating — see the toolkit.

Plant looks unhappy?

Check pH and EC first — almost every plant problem starts with the water. Then check the lid, the light, and whether the pump is running. The glossary explains the warning signs.

Need to order kit?

The full Amazon UK kit list is in the Teacher's Toolkit. Total starter cost from £200 per school.

Want to do more?

The way schools earn a Tier 2 deployment is by being visibly engaged with their Tier 1 unit. Submit weekly. Take photos. Use the logbook. The Trust is watching the dashboard.

Something else?

Contact the Trust via HRM Global Solutions. The dashboard is monitored — anything strange, we'll spot it.
