The safety model

Teacher-first, by design

Teachers remain in control of all AI outputs — every output is filtered through the teacher.
No direct pupil-facing AI interaction — a child never types into an agent; the teacher operates it.
No personal data processed in agents — no names, ever.
Within the project, a safe by design agent can be trialled with a class, with the rails on. Permanent adoption is the school's decision.
